At Glaser Organic Beef, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. As part of our commitment to transparency and quality, we want to ensure our customers understand our returns, cancelation and refund policy. 

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

For food safety reasons and in compliance with USDA regulations, we are unable to accept product returns. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety to ensure your meat arrives in excellent condition.

Damages or Issues

Our team is dedicated to your satisfaction and will work quickly to resolve any issues with your order.

In the rare event that your meat arrives thawed, please take photos immediately and check the temperature upon arrival. All orders are shipped frozen with dry ice or ice packs, and slight thawing during transit is normal. According to USDA frozen food handling guidelines, beef remains safe to consume as long as it feels cool to the touch and stays below 40°F.

If your order includes dry ice, please handle it with caution. Do not touch dry ice with bare hands—always use gloves. Never place dry ice in your freezer; instead, leave it in a well-ventilated area, and it will naturally dissipate.

Deposits

Bulk meat deposits are non-refundable, but you can transfer your order to someone else if needed. You’ll handle the deposit with them, and we’ll invoice and ship the beef directly to them once paid. These deposits support our sustainable farm-to-table model, ensuring the highest quality meat for our customers. We appreciate your understanding! 

Refunds

We carefully review refund requests; refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. If approved, you'll be sent replacement items or refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
