Our Story
We are Jerry and Cindy Glaser. We’ve been raising food here in beautiful Spalding, Nebraska in the heart of America’s Breadbasket for over 30 years, but we recently partnered with our neice, Stephanie and her husband Joe (all the way in Florida), to help us bring our beef direct to families like yours through Glaser Organic Beef. We're honored that you're here! We know the difference that eating our beef can make in the health of your family and we're so excited to go on that journey with you.
For us, raising the healthiest beef isn’t a business, it’s a calling. We believe that by doing what’s best for the land, the cattle who graze on it and the people who consume our beef, we can create a better, healthier future for all of us. It’s not the easy way, but it’s the right way.
"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the way that leads to life, and only a few find it."
—Matthew 7:13-14

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! Our cattle are completely grass-fed and grass-finished on our regenerative, certified organic pastures in Central Nebraska. During the winter, they're fed harvested hay directly from our pastures that's been wrapped in silage wraps. The hay ferments giving the cattle an incredibly bio-available feed that's loaded with probiotics! They absolutely love it and it helps them gain weight, even during the winter months. This helps us acheive the higher healthy-fat content that sets us apart from most grass-fed cattle producers.
All of our beef arrives frozen, in vacuum sealed packages and is delivered right to your door in one or more boxes, depending on your order size. Our carefully designed shipping kits ensure that your beef arrives safely and ready to enjoy.
Yes!!!! Consuming organic, grass-fed, and grass-finished beef raised on organic, regenerative pastures offers several benefits, including higher nutrient content and lower saturated fat.
Great question—and an important one. While many grocery stores now carry beef labeled “grass-fed” or “organic,” those labels don’t tell the whole story. In fact, much of the grass-fed organic beef sold in stores comes from old, worn-out dairy cows that are no longer able to produce milk. Technically, they’re grass-fed and certified organic—but nutritionally, the meat is often tough, dry, and nowhere near the quality you’re expecting.
Even when the cattle are younger, many are raised in feedlots, eating “organic” hay but never seeing open pasture. That’s legal—and still labeled “organic grass-fed”—but it’s not what most people envision when they hear those words. It’s the kind of loophole that has deeply eroded trust for moms like you who just want to feed their families real, healthy food.
Our beef is different.
We raise animals the way God designed—on regenerative, nutrient-rich pastures, with plenty of space, sunlight, and movement. No confinement, no synthetic inputs, no shortcuts. The result is beef that’s not only more flavorful and tender, but also richer in omega-3s, CLA, and essential vitamins—the kind of beef your body recognizes and can use to heal.
You’re not just paying for a label. You’re choosing meat that heals instead of harms, raised by people you can talk to, trust, and pray for. And that makes all the difference.
Yes—buying in bulk from us is not only cost-effective, it’s one of the wisest and most faithful ways to steward your family’s nutrition. Our organic, grass-fed, grass-finished beef bundles are priced between $16–$20 per pound of actual packaged meat, depending on size and promotions. Compare that to the grocery store, where certified organic, grass-fed beef now averages $20.50/lb—and that includes mostly ground and lower-value cuts. Steaks like ribeye and NY strip run $25–$32/lb, and tenderloin can top $50–$60/lb.
But here’s the part that’s rarely said: The beef sold as "grass-fed organic" at most grocery stores isn’t the same as what you’re getting from us. Much of it comes from older dairy cows that are too weak to produce milk, or cattle raised in feedlots on organic hay, not open pasture. It's technically “organic” and “grass-fed,” but it's far from the regeneratively raised, pasture-finished beef you’ll receive in your bundle.
When you buy from us, you're not just saving hundreds to thousands of dollars—you're investing in truly nourishing, clean, healing food that was raised with integrity. You're filling your freezer with a trustworthy supply of premium beef that supports your health, honors your values, and helps you create the kind of home God is calling you to build.
An eighth of beef is approximately 50 pounds of high quality, organic grass-fed and grass-finished beef and can easily fit in your standard refrigerator freezer.
